The magician presents two columns of 6 cubes, decorated with the numbers 1 to 6. In one column, the number are stacked- 1 thru 6 from top to bottom, in the second column of cubes are stacked in an opposite manner.

Place an empty tube over one of the stacks, and when it is removed the audience can see both towers of cubes match in numerical order.

The cubes are rearranged and the stacks are shown to be in opposite order again.

The tube is placed over for a split second and when removed the stacks match again.

For the final phase, an audience member calls out the order of the cubes in one stack and the magician follows along and then stacks his opposite the helper’s stack.

The tube is placed again and just a split second later, the stacks match again.
